Das Teilamortisationsleasing ist das Gegenstück zum Vollamortisationsleasing. Teilamortisationsleasing bedeutet, dass während der Laufzeit des Leasingvertrages (also innerhalb der Grundmietzeit) nur ein Teil des Sachwerts durch die Leasingraten abgedeckt wird. Am Ende der Laufzeit bleibt ein Restwert übrig. Das Teilamortisationsleasing wird oft in Form eines Restwertleasings abgewickelt. Eine Subform ist das Teilamortisationsleasing mit Andienungsrecht. |
